Eligible Participant: Open only to individuals who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older and (2) have an existing Venmo account in good standing (“Valid Account”), (eligibility for/those who receive the Rewards (defined below) will be determined solely by Venmo) (“Eligible Participant”).
How it Works: Venmo provides Venmo Play, a way for Eligible Participants to receive Rewards arising from offers offered by Adjoe GmbH (“Provider”), an independent third-party offers provider. Participation may involve downloading mobile applications and completing specified activities within those applications. Venmo does not provide gaming services, does not guarantee reward availability, and is not responsible for offer fulfillment, tracking, or disputes related to third-party games or promotions.
An Eligible Participant must successfully satisfy the terms of an offer (“Qualifying Activity”) through Venmo Play to receive a cash reward.
Once Qualifying Activity has been successfully verified by Provider, the Reward stated in the Venmo Play offer will be sent to Eligible Participant’s Venmo account (“Reward”). Reward should be credited to Eligible Participant’s Valid Account within three (3) days after Provider informs Venmo that the Eligible Participant has completed the Qualifying Activity. Rewards are not available for mobile applications that were previously installed into an Eligible Participant’s device before activating an offer from Provider.
Miscellaneous: Venmo does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, quality, or safety of any offers or mobile games available through the Provider’s service. Eligible Participant’s Valid Account must remain in good standing from the time of participation through Reward fulfillment to redeem a Reward, as determined in Venmo’s sole discretion. Venmo reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify these terms in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Venmo reserves the right to review any account or activity related to this offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay or reverse completion of the Reward. Offer is void where prohibited or if Qualifying Activity is deemed by Venmo to be fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way. Offers are not transferable. Participation is subject to the Venmo User Agreement. Any questions relating to the offer will be resolved in Venmo’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding. Any Rewards received may be taxable to you and reportable by Venmo. You may be asked to provide certain identifying information (like your Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number) for tax purposes. Users are solely responsible for any tax liability, obligations, or other compliance requirements associated with receiving Rewards.
