ESPN Terms & Conditions

Eligible Participant: Open only to individuals who (1) create or have an existing U.S. personal Venmo account in good standing (“Valid Account”); (2) are residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (3) have or apply and are approved for the Venmo Mastercard® Debit Card ("Card"), and (4) view and activate an in-app offer. (eligibility for/those who receive the Rewards will be determined solely by Venmo) (“Eligible Participant”).

Offer is not available for Venmo business profiles, Venmo Teen accounts or charity profiles. Users must be 18+ years of age.

“Eligible Purchase(s)”: Eligible purchase is defined as every purchase made using the Card with the Participating Merchant (as defined below) after they have activated the offer, but before the expiration date of the offer. Offers are only valid for transactions where the merchant listed in the offer is the merchant of record.  If you perform an in-store cash withdrawal or cashback transaction with the merchant, that portion of the transaction will be excluded from the amount eligible for rewards. You will not receive cashback rewards for any items that you return or for which you receive a full refund. If you return all or part of your purchase or receive a refund on it, the cashback rewards will be reduced accordingly based on the new transaction amount. If you return or otherwise receive a refund for which you have already received a cashback reward, we reserve the right to debit any related cashback rewards you have already received or withhold future cashback rewards to offset that amount.

Offer Period: Offer begins on August 21, 2025, at 11:59:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends the earlier of September 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT, or until we reach the max 13,000 rewards, whichever comes first (“Offer Period”).

“How to Earn”: After activating the ESPN offer in the Venmo app, Eligible Participants can earn 15% cash back throughout the Offer Period (up to a maximum of $10 USD) on Eligible Purchases (defined above) on the ESPN (website or in app) using the Card (“Reward”). The Reward will be added to your Venmo account associated with the Card that qualified for the Reward and will be paid within ninety (90) days after the Reward is earned but will often be available sooner. There is a maximum of 13,000 Rewards available under this offer; Rewards will no longer be available once the limit is reached.

Miscellaneous: Participation is subject to the Venmo User Agreement, and in particular the Venmo Rewards Program Agreement. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. Venmo is not responsible and/or liable if any e-mail, Reward, Eligible Transaction, or offer-related materials or correspondence are not delivered for any reason. This offer is only redeemable in its originally published form.
