Reporting An Unauthorized Transaction

If you notice any unauthorized transactions on your account, or you need to suspend your account because you have misplaced your mobile phone, please contact support immediately. In the event that you do lose your mobile phone, you can always remove all financial information like bank accounts and credit cards on file by logging into your account on the website.
